We offer versatile pipe bending services for industrial applications. Our workshop is equipped with three different pipe bending machines, enabling us to bend pipes of various sizes and shapes:
- SVS Boiler Bender CNC bending line: This machine features a rotating and moving welding line, allowing the bending of pipes up to 48 meters in length. Ideal for larger production series such as coils, superheaters, economizers, and more.
- Schwarze-Robitec pipe bending machine: A high-quality German machine suitable for both thin- and thick-walled pipes. Perfect for boiler and pressure line piping, opening pipes, elbows, and other custom bends.
- Panel bending machine: Specifically designed for bending water tube panels. This machine can also bend larger and thicker pipes, up to 88.9 mm in diameter.
Our extensive selection of bending dies enables precise and complex bends for various industries. We can also manufacture a custom die tailored to your specific needs!
