Fullsteel Finland manufactures water tube panels in-house using state-of-the-art machinery. Our EV welding machine and a separate flux-cored arc welding unit with dual torches enable fast and cost-efficient deliveries – suitable for both large-scale projects and smaller maintenance tasks where timing is often critical.
Our manufacturing process includes:
- Production of panels according to EN 12952-5:2021 standard
- ND inspections to ensure quality
- Documentation in compliance with EN 12952-6:2021 standard – clear and reliable traceability
- Panel sizing without fixed length or width limits – production adapts to project-specific requirements

Technical Modifications of Panels:
We offer a wide range of technical modifications that can be carried out directly during production – quickly, accurately, and according to the customer’s plans:
- Beveling of panel ends
- Bending panels into the required shape
- Notching and cut-outs
- Welding and pinning of anchors
- Halving of edge fins – reduces on-site work and shortens installation time
